  Our Screening Process
 
All our candidates have been carefully screened before they are recommended to clients. An initial telephone interview allows us to determine mutual interest. Next we schedule a face-to-face interview to better understand each candidate's skill set, previous work experience and personal qualities. Candidates are also assessed on software skills with real work cases. Reference checks are also performed upon a client's request.

We will undertake continual follow-up to ensure a successful and enduring placement.
